A decorated war hero on deployment in Afghanistan receives word of the brutal murder of his wife and child back home in Rockaway, New York. Upon his return he discovers a network of lowlifes and mobsters have moved into his old neighbourhood. Crime and prostitution, pimps and thugs, all under the control of the Russian mob. In order to exact his revenge he must first walk a precarious path of deception, working his way up the criminal food chain to go head-to-head with the notorious gangster boss Juju.
